The 2023 Charleston Wine + Food event has come to a close where people, the community and good stewardship are celebrated! Culinary visionaries, artists, craftsmen, purveyors, farmers, servers, restaurateurs and many more come together to educate and enrich the community. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, ticket sales go directly to the production of the festival. Ninety-five cents of every dollar spent producing the festival has a direct measurable impact on the city’s economy. By purchasing a ticket to a festival event, you are helping  to support the local food + beverage community to participate in this festival, share the unique stories and histories of the foodways, and create a meaningful economic impact on the city of Charleston.

Chef Mark Allison and Chef Richard Gruica did a cooking demo using our Forever Oceans Kanpachi, and it was incredibly delicious! The dish was called Cro’viche, which is a blend of Croatian and Peruvian flavors and ingredients to create a unique ceviche. The kanpachi was prepared with a blend of Aji Amarillo, lime and orange juice, sea beans, paprika oil, fried capers and award-winning Chiavalon Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
