What is the best diet for preventing heart disease? According to the American Heart Association, it’s one full of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, fish, poultry and vegetable oils. That reduces red and processed meats, refined carbohydrates, foods and beverages with added sugar, sodium and foods with trans fats.

Forever Oceans™ Kanpachi (Amberjack) with Fresh Green Onions, Garlic and Ginger.
1x 12 oz Forever Oceans™ Kanpachi (Amberjack) filet
Your favorite sprinkle of fish seasoning or a light sprinkle of salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch of green onions, roughly chopped
6 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced
2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of low in sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons of local honey
1 tablespoons of fish sauce
2 cups brown rice or Jasmine rice (cooked)
How to cook:
Take a large grill pan or frying pan, place over a medium heat on the stove. Season the Forever Oceans™ Kanpachi (Amberjack), pour oil into the pan, when hot add the Forever Oceans™ Kanpachi (Amberjack), cook for 3 to 4 minutes, then carefully turn over and continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
Add the green onions, garlic and ginger, stir and cook for 2 minutes, then pour in the soy, honey and fish sauce. Bring to a boil, stir, then cook for 1 more minute until the sauce thickens. Place the cooked rice into your serving dish, place the Forever Oceans™ Kanpachi (Amberjack) on top, pour over the sauce and serve.
