This simple elegant Forever Oceans™ Kanpachi crudo, with fresh grapes, cucumber and tomato pesto makes a great appetizer or easy lunch. It’s low in calories but packed with nutrition and makes a luxurious family meal that everyone will enjoy.
Ingredients:
1x 12 oz Forever Oceans™ Kanpachi loin, cut into thins slices
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 cup green grapes, thinly sliced
½ English cucumber, peeled and cut into rounds
½ cup radishes, thinly sliced
¼ cup tomato pesto
¼ cup Microgreens (optional)
How to make:
Place the thinly sliced loin onto a large serving tray, lightly season with salt and pepper. Scatter over grapes, cucumber and radishes. Spoon over the tomato pesto, sprinkle with microgreens and serve.
