Poke and tacos – Yes!!!! This flavor-packed remix of traditional Hawaiian poke are some of the tastiest fish tacos you will ever eat. These colorful, healthy little bites will satisfy poke lovers and taco eaters alike. The recipe takes less than 10 minutes to prepare, once you have gathered all your fresh ingredients, so it’s great to get the whole family in the kitchen to make them. Fantastic for the start of spring or even better for those long summer evenings lounging by the pool.


Forever Oceans™ Kanpachi Poke Tacos 

Makes 24 mini tacos



12oz Forever Oceans Kanpachi Loin, cut into ½ inch cubes 

1 cup English cucumber, cut into ¼ inch dice

1 Avocado, stone removed, peeled, flesh chopped

1 medium jalapeno pepper, cut into thin rounds

1 lime, juice of 

½ cup green onions, thinly sliced

2 tablespoon fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon pickled ginger, minced

1 tablespoon low in sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

1 tablespoon honey

24 flour tacos

½ cup favorite dipping sauce


How to Make:

Take a medium size bowl and stir the first 11 ingredients together.

Lay out your tacos, and place an even amount of poke on each, spoon over your favorite dipping sauce, any additional avocado slices and serve.
