Forever Oceans Kanpachi with Spicy Citrus Fruit

Serves 4



12 oz Forever Oceans Kanpachi, cut into thin slices

Sea to taste

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

4 tangerines, peeled and flesh cut into rounds (retain juice for dressing)



⅔ cup extra virgin olive oil

⅓ cup Champagne vinegar

1 tablespoon tangerine juice

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 small Jalapeno, seeds removed, flesh dices

1 small Thai red chili, seeds removed, flesh diced 


How to make:


Divide the sliced Kanpachi evenly between four plates, season lightly with salt and pepper and add the slices of Tangerines. 

Take a small bowl and whisk all the dressing ingredients together, then spoon over the sliced Kanpachi and serve.
