A recent survey of consumers by Technomic found that 82% of consumers think finfish offers better nutrition and 77% believe finfish holds an advantage over beef, chicken, turkey and other proteins with respect to an environmental impact.

IRI reviewed sales data* for trending items heading into 2022 and found that fresh fish was at the top of the list among high-income shoppers.
