Chef Mark Allison, Corporate Executive Chef, Forever Oceans™ had the opportunity to present our sustainably delicious Forever Oceans™ Kanpachi (Amberjack) at LinkedIn’s Headquarters in California! A live food demo was held highlighting our product, where Chef Mark showed the breakdown of the entire fish “head to tail.” 

Our Yellowtail with Jicama, Thai Red Chili, Lime & Mint Salad was the main dish. Not only did guests learn how to prepare this salad, but also learned knife skills and preparation techniques to use in the kitchen. 

Bon Appetit will be featuring this recipe for full service at 700 Mezzo café so all guests will have a chance to try our recipe!
