NOTES:

Wine pairing for Fun Fish Tacos?

This easy and crowd-pleasing way to serve fish to family and friends needs and easy-to-love wine, too. Try a crisp Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. Its bright flavor and acidity will pair well with the creamy, limey taco sauce and the paprika crunch of the fish.
